10x45" Chrome V Wall Art
This V logo is 10X45 inches in size. To keep weight to a minimum its manufactured using high quality 1/8" inch thick 4043 aluminum which requires an additional zinc bath prior to the chrome plating process.
These are cut to size using a guide fixture, polished, zinc plated, polished, copper plated, polished, nickel plated, polished, and finally take a long chrome dip for a triple dipped SHOW chrome finish here in the USA. This is higher quality chrome than Cadillac or 99% of other automotive manufacturers use on the car itself. For reference, this plating process starts at $2k for a single automotive wheel.
The colored flags are high quality 3m vinyl which is pre-printed to ensure correct size/ spacing.
The 110v RBG led kit changes between 15 colors plus white. The wireless remote controller allows the user to change between colors as well as the control following functions-
- Brightness adjustment
- Flash
- Strobe
- Fade
- Smooth color transition
The mounting points space the piece 1/2 inch off the wall allowing the LED light to provide a wider more dramatic back lighting effect.
These are made to order and due to the chrome plating backlog can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship.
